Code Rising strengthens Alexandria’s youth workforce and career readiness ecosystem by building the organizational capacity needed to connect students’ learning directly to the region’s growing technology and energy industries. Our scalable, research-based model develops STEAM identity and prepares students for employment pathways that begin in K–12 and extend toward postsecondary education and apprenticeships.

We provide year-round STEAM education that develops career readiness from elementary through high school. Weekly instruction during the school year and a three-week summer camp immerse students in hands-on learning aligned with local industry needs.
